Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that (a) you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), (b) you have read and acknowledge the practices set out in our Privacy Policy, and (c) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with Framework. If you do not agree to any portion of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and Frameworkregarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements between you and Framework. You may not rely on any representation that is not expressly contained in these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority and gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that (a) you are of legal age, (b) you are not located in a jurisdiction where the use of the Service or any of the affiliate sites we promote is prohibited or restricted, (c) you are not subject to any sanctions or restrictions imposed by your country or any international authority, and (d) you are not on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Without limiting the foregoing, you may not use the Service if you reside in or access it from a jurisdiction in which online gambling, sweepstakes, or skill-based wagering is prohibited or where promotion of such activities is restricted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you.

Framework reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to the Service for any user at any time, including where we reasonably believe an eligibility requirement is not met.

To access certain features of the Service you must create an account. Authentication is provided via third-party identity providers, currently including Discord, Google, and (where enabled) Steam. By signing in through a third-party provider you authorize Framework to receive and store the limited identifying information described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials of any third-party provider linked to your account. Framework does not store your provider passwords. You agree to (a) keep your linked accounts secure, (b) immediately notify Framework of any unauthorized access, and (c) accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

You may not (a) maintain more than one active Framework account, (b) share your account with another person, (c) sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights to it, or (d) use another user's account without permission. Where Framework detects multiple accounts believed to be operated by the same person, we may merge, suspend, or terminate any or all such accounts and forfeit any associated balances, rewards, or entries.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law, regulation, or contractual obligation;
• Engage in any activity that interferes with, disrupts, or imposes an unreasonable load on the Service or any servers or networks connected to the Service;
• Use any automated means (including bots, scrapers, or scripts) to access the Service without our prior written consent;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, our systems, or any data not intended for you;
• Manipulate, falsify, or attempt to manipulate leaderboard standings, point balances, daily case outcomes, raffle entries, or any other ranking, randomization, or reward mechanism;
• Collude with other users to manipulate prize pools or share affiliate codes outside the channels we authorize;
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, or otherwise harm any person;
• Upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, or otherwise objectionable;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any portion of the Service;
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written authorization, including reselling, redistributing, or relicensing the Service or any data accessed through it.

We may, at our sole discretion, investigate any suspected violation and take any action we deem appropriate, including suspending or terminating your account, forfeiting balances or entries, restoring affected data, and cooperating with law enforcement.

Framework promotes third-party gambling, prize, and entertainment websites ("Affiliate Sites") through affiliate codes. When you sign up at an Affiliate Site using one of our affiliate codes and link your account on Framework, the Affiliate Site shares limited statistical information about your activity (such as wager amounts, deposits, or net gaming revenue) with us. We use that data to (a) determine eligibility for leaderboards and rewards, (b) compute prize allocations, and (c) verify the legitimacy of entries.

Your wagering, deposit, withdrawal, and play activity on any Affiliate Site is governed entirely by that Affiliate Site's terms of service, responsible-gaming policies, KYC procedures, and privacy policies. Framework is not a party to any wagering contract between you and an Affiliate Site. You must read and accept each Affiliate Site's terms independently.

You may not switch the affiliate code attached to your Affiliate Site account in a way that circumvents these Terms or attempts to claim rewards for activity that did not occur under our code.

From time to time Framework runs leaderboard competitions on Affiliate Sites with prize pools advertised on the Service. Prize values, timeframes, ranking metrics, eligibility requirements, and payout schedules are listed on each leaderboard page and may change from time to time at our discretion. By participating, you agree to the rules published for that leaderboard.

Prize payouts are made via the Affiliate Site (or in cash, points, or merchandise as specified). Payouts are conditional on (a) completing the verification steps for the relevant Affiliate Site, (b) satisfying any minimum wager, deposit, or activity threshold, (c) not having violated these Terms, and (d) where applicable, providing valid contact and payout information within 30 days of a leaderboard's conclusion.

We reserve the right to investigate, adjust, withhold, or revoke any prize where we reasonably suspect cheating, collusion, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms or the Affiliate Site's terms.

The Service includes a virtual point system ("Points") that you may earn through (a) qualifying wagering on Affiliate Sites under our code, (b) opening the daily case, (c) reaching monthly wager tiers, (d) qualifying chat activity in our Kick channel, or (e) other promotional means we may add from time to time.

Points have no cash value, are not the property of any user, and are non-transferable. Points are a license granted to you by Framework to redeem in-Service rewards under these Terms. Points may expire, be reduced, or be revoked at any time at our discretion, including in connection with promotional adjustments, suspected abuse, or termination of your account.

The daily case awards a randomized Point reward subject to a 24-hour cooldown anchored to your most recent claim. Wager tier rewards reset on the first calendar day of each month. Framework may change the prize tables, weighting, cooldown periods, or tier thresholds at any time without prior notice.

Where rewards consist of cash payouts paid via Affiliate Site credit, gift cards, or other monetary instruments, Framework may require additional verification (such as government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of ownership) before fulfilling the payout. We reserve the right to refuse fulfillment where verification fails.

The Service offers a points-based shop where you may redeem Points for digital codes, physical merchandise, or community perks ("Shop Items"). All Shop Items are subject to availability and to the terms displayed on each item's page at the time of redemption. Once a redemption is confirmed, Points are deducted from your balance and the order enters our fulfillment queue.

Digital codes are typically delivered to your registered Discord account or email address within 72 hours of redemption. Physical items require a valid shipping address and may take 2–6 weeks to deliver depending on jurisdiction. Custom or made-to-order perks (e.g. featured raids, custom emote submissions) may require additional review and approval.

All redemptions are final. Framework does not provide cash refunds for redeemed Points. Where a digital code is invalid or a physical item is damaged in shipment, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make a reasonable effort to replace or credit the item. Framework has no obligation to honor any redemption affected by typographical error, mispricing, fraud, or system malfunction.

You may have the opportunity to submit content to the Service, including chat messages, emote submissions, profile information, and feedback ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Framework a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and create derivative works of your User Content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that (a) you own or have all rights necessary to grant this license, and (b) your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. We may remove or refuse to display any User Content at our discretion.

The Service and all materials made available through it, including software, designs, text, graphics, logos, leaderboard layouts, the Framework name, and the daily case mechanic, are the property of Framework or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly granted in these Terms, no license is granted to you in or to any of those materials.

Third-party Affiliate Site logos shown on the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

The Service may contain links to, or require interaction with, third-party services (including Affiliate Sites, OAuth providers, payment processors, and analytics providers). Framework does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, products, services, terms, or practices of any third party. Your use of any third-party service is governed solely by that third party's terms and policies. We disclaim all liability arising from your use of third-party services.

Framework encourages responsible gaming. Gambling can be addictive and may cause financial, emotional, or personal harm. If you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to seek help from a qualified support organization in your jurisdiction (such as BeGambleAware, GamCare, the National Council on Problem Gambling, or an equivalent local body). Framework is not a substance abuse or addiction counseling service.

You agree to wager only what you can afford to lose, to set personal limits, and to stop using any Affiliate Site if you believe your activity has become problematic. Affiliate Sites generally offer self-exclusion and deposit-limit tools — we encourage you to use them.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Framework DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Framework MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY REGARDING ANY AFFILIATE SITE, INCLUDING REGARDING THE FAIRNESS OF ANY GAME, THE TIMELINESS OF PAYOUTS, OR THE ACCURACY OF STATISTICS REPORTED TO US BY THE AFFILIATE SITE. WE PROVIDE LEADERBOARD STANDINGS, POINT BALANCES, AND OTHER FIGURES FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT GUARANTEE THEIR ACCURACY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL Framework, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, ANY AFFILIATE SITE, ANY POINTS OR REWARDS, OR THESE TERMS.

IN ALL CASES, Framework'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), OR (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Framework, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO PORTIONS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Framework, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your use or misuse of the Service, (b) your User Content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual-property, publicity, or privacy right.

Framework may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means, which may include in-product notification, email, or a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Framework may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, including (a) where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, (b) to protect the Service or other users, (c) to comply with legal obligations, or (d) where we discontinue the Service or any feature.

On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to Sections 10 (Intellectual Property), 13 (Disclaimer), 14 (Limitation of Liability), 15 (Indemnification), and 18 (Dispute Resolution), will survive.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Framework's principal operations are based, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and Framework agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally before commencing any formal proceeding.

Where informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction noted above, unless an arbitration clause is enabled in a specific operator-supplied addendum to these Terms. Both parties waive any jurisdictional or venue objections to such proceedings. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or consolidated proceeding against Framework.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; Framework may freely assign them. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any operator-supplied addenda, constitute the entire agreement between you and Framework concerning the Service.
